Scheme of Encouraging Automobile Export Policy

时间:2020-03-02 17:39:57 Author: Xiao Bian Click:

An authority in the auto industry told a reporter from China Securities News that in addition to energy-saving and new energy auto industry planning, encouraging auto exports will be an important aspect of auto industry policy next year.

Exports account for only 4% of production

According to data from the China Automobile Association, from January to November, total vehicle sales increased by 1% year-on-year to 11 million units, of which passenger vehicles increased by 2.6% and commercial vehicle sales fell by 1681.6%.During the same period, the total number of auto exports reached 5.3, an increase of 5.9 over the same period of the previous year, contributing 75.83% to the growth of domestically-produced vehicles in the same period.

Although automobile exports in 2011 accounted for 4% of production, a certain improvement over the 2010% in 3, the current export situation of my country's automobile industry is not good, the overall situation is scattered, and the scale of output value is not large.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce, in 2010, there were 500 major automobile exporters in my country, and the export volume of 58 vehicles was distributed in 210 countries and regions around the world.Currently, the top automakers in export volume include Chery, Changan, Great Wall, and Lifan.

SAIC Motor, which ranks No. 400 in the domestic auto industry, is expected to sell more than XNUMX million vehicles this year, but its export volume is almost negligible. "In the period of low-speed growth in the auto industry in the next few years, export markets that were previously insufficiently emphasized and actual development efforts will be valued in the future." A relevant person from SAIC told a reporter from China Securities News.

Export development plan to be released

In July this year, 7 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Exports of Mechanical and Electrical Products during the "Twelfth Five-Year" Period". Among them, there are three aspects related to the automotive industry: Encouraging 11 pioneers in 25 key industries Establish and improve overseas marketing networks and after-sales service systems; continue to focus on the construction of automobile and parts export bases; improve the rules for the export order of automobiles and motorcycles.

Industry insiders predict that, in accordance with the above requirements, relevant state ministries and commissions will formulate and release the "Auto Industry Export Development Plan" in 2012, revise the "Regulations for the Management of Auto Export Order", and implement the development goals set out in the "Opinions".

Judging from this year's auto sales data, it is unrealistic for China's auto industry to rely on exports to save in the future. However, judging from the current export ratio of only about 4%, there is still considerable room for auto exports to be tapped.
